Clear CoD settlement terms
- Pre-payment: The base product cost is paid in advance for every CoD order.
- Settlement: Margin payout follows the courier remittance cycle, generally within ten days of successful delivery.
- Returns/RTO: If a customer rejects delivery, two-way shipping charges are deducted before the balance is refunded.
